Majlis Perbandaran Muar Football Club, commonly known as MP Muar FC, was a Malaysian football club based in Muar, Johor. The club home ground was the Sultan Ibrahim Mini Stadium in Muar. The club had formerly played in the Malaysian League's second division Malaysia Premier League for three consecutive seasons (2010, 2011 and 2012), before the new direction of Johor Football Association (JFA) to join the PBNJ State League only. The Muar District is a district in Johor, Malaysia. Muar is located at the mouth of the Muar River, on the coast of the Straits of Malacca. Tan Sri Dato' Haji Hassan Yunos Stadium, also known as Larkin Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium in Larkin, Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. It is currently used mostly for football matches.
