Mr. Tall
''Mr. Tall'' is the thirty-first book in the '' Mr. Men'' series by Roger Hargreaves. Story Mr. Tall is a blue Mr. Man with long legs and red shoes who hates his oversized legs. He meets Mr. Small, and when Mr. Small goes for a swim, Mr. Tall can't, but three other Mr. Men teach him that oversized body parts can be helpful. Mr. Tall then decides that his long legs are great for walking, and while Mr. Tall made it home quickly, Mr. Small took a year to get home. He is now happy. Roger Hargreaves
Charles Roger Hargreaves (9 May 1935 – 11 September 1988) was an English author and illustrator of children's books. He created the '' Mr. Men'' series, '' Little Miss'' series and '' Timbuctoo'' series, intended for young readers. The simple and humorous stories, with bold, brightly coloured illustrations, have sales of over 85 million copies worldwide in 20 languages. The first title in the series, '' Mr. Tickle'', was published in August 1971. Birth Charles Roger Hargreaves was born in a private hospital at 201 Bath Road, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, England, on 9 May 1935 to Alfred Reginald Hargreaves and Ethel Mary Hargreaves. Children's literature or juvenile literature includes stories, books, magazines, and poems that are created for children. Godfrey C.
