Futebol Clube M'patu a Ponta is an Angolan sports club from the village of Ambriz, in Bengo province. The team currently plays in the Gira Angola. In 2015, the club withdrew from the Gira Angola, citing financial reasons. Gira Angola
Segundona aka Torneio de Apuramento ''(Qualification Tournament)'' or Gira Angola is the 2nd division of Angolan football (soccer). It is organized by the Angolan Football Federation and gives access to Angola's top tier football division Girabola. Unlike most league systems worldwide, Angola does not have a regular second-tier league system. The teams that are relegated from the top-tier league in Angola, the Girabola, are relegated to the provincial championship from which they originate, the so-called provincial stages. The champion of each provincial championship automatically qualifies to the Segundona, the league or tournament that qualifies to the Girabola. 2018 Gira Angola
The 2018 Segundona was the 24th season of the second-tier football league in Angola. The season started on 9 June. The league comprises 2 series, one 4 and the other 5 teams, the winner of each series being automatically promoted to the 2018–19 Girabola while the runners-up of each group will contest for the third spot. At the end of the regular season, the three series winners will play a round-robin tournament to determine the league champion. Ambriz
Ambriz is a village and municipality in Bengo Province, Angola. It is located 127 km from the town of Caxito. It borders the municipality of N'zeto, Zaire Province, to the north and the municipality of Dande to the south. Demographics The population of Ambriz totals 20,000, of whom the majority are Bakongo; there are also Portuguese descendants, and people of mixed Portuguese-African ancestry. The population includes people of the Ovimbundu and Kimbundu ethnic groups. Economy Fishing is the traditional activity and low-scale agricultural activity. In the past, Ambriz had an oil and gas platform assembly yard (PETROMAR), which was destroyed during warfare in 1992. The base is being reconstructed. Bengo (province)
Bengo is a province of Angola. Its capital is Caxito. It has an area of 31,371 square kilometres, and its population as of the 2014 Census was 356,641. The province was created in 1980 by dividing the original province of Luanda into Bengo and a new smaller province of Luanda. Geography The province is bordered by the provinces of Zaire to the North, Uige to the Northeast, Cuanza Norte to the East, and Cuanza Sul to the South. It has two western coastal stretches along the Atlantic Ocean, and forms an enclave around the national capital's province of Luanda. The Kissama National Park and the Kibinda Forest Reserve are here. The province also has a number of lakes, most of them are in the municipalities of Dande and Icolo and Bengo. Girabola, or ''Campeonato Nacional de Futebol em Séniores Masculinos'', is the top division of Angolan football. It is organized by the Angolan Football Federation. The league winner and runner-up qualify for the CAF Champions League. Girabola ZAP In January 2016, Angolan subscription TV satellite and cable provider ZAP, the Angolan Football Federation and the Girabola clubs, signed a three-year deal in which ZAP will have broadcast rights over all Girabola matches. As part of the deal, the Angolan state-owned TV station TPA will be allowed to broadcast one game per week on its free-view platform. 2015 Gira Angola

The league comprised 2 series of 6 teams, the winner of each series being automatically promoted to the 2016 Girabola while the runners-up of each group contested for the third spot. At the end of the regular season, the three series winners played a round-robin tournament to determine the league champion. Real M'buco and Mpatu a Ponta who were supposed to contest in group A, withdrew citing financial reasons as did Malanje Sport Clube in group B for the same reason. All teams in each group play in a double round robin system (home and away).
