Moving Units
Moving Units is an American dance-punk band from Los Angeles, California. History The band was formed in 2001 by Blake Miller (formerly of Spectacle) Johan Boegli and Chris Hathwell after Miller invited Boegli and Hathwell to jam songs from an early demo he self-produced. They released their debut EP, '' Moving Units'', on Three One G in early 2002. Their touring experience includes opening slots for Hot Hot Heat, Pixies, Blur and Nine Inch Nails. Their debut full-length album, '' Dangerous Dreams'', was released on October 12, 2004, by Palm Pictures. Moving Units released their second studio album, '' Hexes for Exes'' in 2007 on Metropolis Records. Moving Units (EP)
''Moving Units'' is the first release by the band of the same name, Moving Units. It was first released early 2002 on Festival of Dead Deer, Festival Of Dead Deer's former label, Three One G, in 12" Gramophone record, vinyl; the first pressing was on pink vinyl and the second on green. Pixies (band)
The Pixies are an American alternative rock band from Boston, Boston, Massachusetts, formed in 1986 by Black Francis (vocals, rhythm guitar, songwriter), Joey Santiago (lead guitar), Kim Deal (bass, vocals) and David Lovering (drums). The Smell
The Smell is an all-ages, alcohol and drug-free, punk rock and experimental music venue in Downtown Los Angeles, California. The Smell, notable for its DIY ethic, is home to many of the area's avant-garde performers and artists. The venue is maintained by Jim Smith, one of the four original organizers of the club, and a number of volunteers. Taelor Deitcher (born April 9, 1987), better known by his stage name Felix Cartal, is a Canadian DJ and electronic dance music producer. He released his first EP ''Skeleton'' in 2009 once he signed with Dim Mak Records. Since then he has gone on to release four full-length albums, 2010's ''Popular Music,'' 2012's ''Different Faces'', 2018's ''Next Season,'' and 2021's ''Expensive Sounds for Nice People.''
