Mostafa Mussad
Mostafa El Said Mussad is the former minister of higher education of Egypt. He was part of the Qandil Cabinet and is a member of the Freedom and Justice Party. He is described as Islamist engineering professor by Ashraf Khaled. Education Mussad graduated from Cairo University in 1973. Career Mussad is an engineering professor. He worked at Cairo University's faculty of engineering and was the head of the education committee for the Muslim Brotherhood's Freedom and Justice Party. He was a member of the team in charge of Morsi's presidential campaign. And he developed the educational policy for his campaign. He was appointed minister of higher education as part of the Qandil cabinet on 2 August 2013, and was one of the Freedom and Justice Party members serving in the cabinet. Ministry Of Higher Education (Egypt)
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is one of the governmental ministries of Egypt and part of the cabinet. It was formed in 1961. History The ministry was established on 9 November 1961, when university education in Egypt became free. The ministry employed seven different ministers between March 2011 and June 2013. Amr Ezzat Salama was one of the ministers during this period. Mostafa Mussad served as minister of higher education from August 2012 to July 2013 when Hossam Eisa replaced him in the post. The ministry was headed by El Sayed Abdel Khalek between June 2014 and September 2015. He was replaced by Ashraf El-Shihy in the post. Hossam Eisa
Hossam Eisa is an Egyptian politician and academic. He served as deputy prime minister and minister of higher education of Egypt from July 2013 until 1 March 2014. Education Eisa holds a PhD in law from the University of Sorbonne in France. Career Eisa was a member of the Nasserist Party. He worked as a law professor and taught at Ain Shams University in Egypt and at the Algerian universities. Following the ouster of former President Hosni Mobarak, he became one of the founders of the Egyptian Initiative for Prevention of Corruption in 2011. The cabinet of Egyptian Prime Minister Hesham Qandil was sworn in on 2 August 2012. Qandil was appointed by President Mohamed Morsi, following the resignation of military-named premier Kamal Ganzouri. The cabinet consists of 36 ministers.
