Mosana Debesay
Mossana Debesai (born 25 November 1993) is an Eritrean professional bicycle racing, racing cyclist, who last rode for UCI Women's Team . She competed in the Cycling at the 2020 Summer Olympics – Women's individual road race, women's road race event at the 2020 Summer Olympics. She rode in the 2016 UCI Road World Championships – Women's road race, women's road race at the 2016 UCI Road World Championships. In 2019, she won the African Road Championships road race and in 2018 and the African Road Championships individual time trial. She is the younger sister of Mekseb Debesay who won the men's competition in both events. Asmara ( ), or Asmera (), is the capital and most populous city of Eritrea, in the country's Central Region (Eritrea), Central Region. It sits at an elevation of , making it the List of capital cities by altitude, sixth highest capital in the world by altitude and the second highest capital in Africa. The city is located at the tip of an escarpment that is both the northwestern edge of the Eritrean Highlands and the Great Rift Valley, Ethiopia, Great Rift Valley in neighbouring Ethiopia.
