Morgan Higby Night (born August 15, 1970) is an American writer, director, producer, and DJ. His works include; feature film ''Matters of Consequence'', an award-winning video for The Asylum Street Spankers, The Shim Sham Club, Devil's Night Radio and Hicksville Trailer Palace. He is the father of Lydia Night of The Regrettes. Early life Night was born in Canoga Park, California on August 15, 1970. His maternal Grandfather was a philanthropist, and founder of City National Bank, Alfred Hart. DJ career Night's DJ career started in 1989 in Chico, CA at the Shell Cove and has continued at The Roxbury, Burgundy Room, Bigfoot Lodge, Shim Sham Club and Bar 107 in Downtown Los Angeles. In 1998 Night had a radio show on the Los Angeles "pirate radio" station KBLT, called "2 Martini Breakfast; The Show for the Aspiring Alcoholic". Canoga Park is a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley region of the City of Los Angeles, California. Before the Mexican–American War, the district was part of a rancho, and after the American victory it was converted into wheat farms and then subdivided, with part of it named Owensmouth as a town founded in 1912. It joined Los Angeles in 1917 and was renamed Canoga Park on March 1, 1931, after Canoga, New York. The Cramps
The Cramps were an American rock band formed in 1976 and active until 2006. Their lineup rotated frequently during their existence, with the husband-and-wife duo of singer Lux Interior and guitarist Poison Ivy the only ever-present members. The band are credited as progenitors of the psychobilly subgenre, uniting elements of punk rock with rockabilly. The addition of guitarist Bryan Gregory and drummer Pam Balam resulted in the first complete lineup in April 1976. They released their debut album '' Songs the Lord Taught Us'' in 1980. Throw Rag is an American four-piece punk rock band from the Salton Sea, California, United States. Formed in 1993, Throw Rag has been fronted by Sean Wheeler (a.k.a. Captain Sean Doe, a.k.a. Diamond Boss, a.k.a. Sun Trash) since the inception of the band. Other current members of the band are Patrick Bostrom (a.k.a. Dino, a.k.a. Dean McQueen) on lead guitar, Frank Cronin (a.k.a. Joan Jett (born Joan Marie Larkin, September 22, 1958) is an American singer, guitarist, record producer, and actress. Sam Butera (August 17, 1927 – June 3, 2009) was an American tenor saxophonist and singer-songwriter best noted for his collaborations with Louis Prima and Keely Smith. The Breeders
The Breeders are an American alternative rock band based in Dayton, Ohio, consisting of members Kim Deal (rhythm guitar, lead vocals), her twin sister Kelley Deal (lead guitar, vocals), Josephine Wiggs (bass guitar, vocals) and Jim Macpherson (drums). James Dennis Carroll (August 1, 1949 – September 11, 2009) was an American author, poet, autobiographer, and punk musician.
