Ben Lewis (1894–1970) was an American film editor who worked in Hollywood for over 50 years. He was employed by MGM for many years, beginning his career with them in the silent era. Charles Silas Richard Trowbridge (January 10, 1882 – October 30, 1967) was an American film actor. He appeared in more than 230 films from 1915 to 1958 principally playing patrician authority figures. Biography Trowbridge was born in Veracruz, Mexico, where his father served in the diplomatic corps of the United States and his grandfather was the American consul-general. He was the older brother of character actor Jack Rockwell, and a cousin of 19th century author John Townsend Trowbridge. Trowbridge ran a coffee plantation in Hawaii and worked in architecture before venturing into acting. In 1920, Trowbridge — with several Broadway credits — got his first credits as a Leading Man as part of Elitch Theatre's summer stock cast. Pedro de Cordoba (September 28, 1881 – September 16, 1950) was an American actor. Biography De Cordoba was born in New York City to parents who were French and Cuban in origin. He was a classically trained theatre actor who confessed he did not enjoy appearing in silent films nearly as much as he liked working on stage, but his career during the silent film era was extensive. In 1913 he was a member of the resident summer stock cast at Elitch Theatre in Denver, Colorado. His first film was Cecil B. DeMille's version of ''Carmen'' (1915), and he soon became a regular leading man in Hollywood. His Broadway career cast him with such stage actresses as Jane Cowl and Katharine Cornell. Robert McWade (January 25, 1872 – January 19, 1938), was an American stage and film actor. Biography McWade was born in Buffalo, New York. He was the third actor named Robert McWade, after his father and grandfather. In 1902, McWade debuted on stage with the Murray Hill Stock Company. From 1903 to 1927, he appeared in at least 38 Broadway productions, his last being ''Devil In The Cheese'' (1926), with Bela Lugosi and Fredric March.
