''Monthly Darul Uloom'' () is an Urdu magazine published by Darul Uloom Deoband since 1941. Salman Bijnori
Salman Bijnori (born 14 April 1969), also known as Maulana Salman Bijnori, is an Indian Islamic scholar, senior teacher at Darul Uloom Deoband, and editor-in-chief of its monthly journal Darul Uloom. Affiliated with the Naqshbandi Sufi order, he is an authorised disciple of Zulfiqar Ahmad Naqshbandi. He also serves as the Vice President of Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind (M). Early life and education Salman Bijnori was born on 14 April 1969 in Sahaspur, Bijnor district, Uttar Pradesh, into a family of scholars. His father, Saeed Ahmad Qasmi Sahaspuri, was a graduate of Darul Uloom Deoband and a student of Hussain Ahmad Madani. He memorized the Quran at the age of seven under his father’s guidance and completed foundational Arabic and Islamic studies at home. Ahmad Saeed Dehlavi
Ahmad Saeed Dehlavi (also known as Sahbān al-Hind; 1888 – 4 December 1959) was an Indian Muslim scholar and freedom struggle activist who served as the first general secretary and the fifth president of Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind. He also served as the third rector of Madrasa Aminia and authored books such as ''Fear of Hell'' and ''Key to the Garden of Bliss''. Biography Ahmad Saeed Dehlavi in 1888 in Daryaganj, Delhi. He received his primary education from Abdul Majeed Mustafabadi and Muhammad Yasin Sikandarabadi, and memorized the Quran at Madrasa Hussainia in Delhi. He entered Madrasa Aminia in 1328 AH and graduated in 1336 AH. His teachers included Kifayatullah Dehlawi. Saeed participated in the Indian freedom struggle and was imprisoned eight times. Anzar Shah Kashmiri
Anzar Shah Kashmiri (1927-2008) was an Indian Islamic scholar who established the Jamia Imam Anwar Shah and co-founded the Darul Uloom Waqf in Deoband. Shah was an alumnus of the Darul Uloom Deoband. He was youngest son of Hanafi scholar Anwar Shah Kashmiri. Biography Anzar Shah Kashmiri was born at Deoband on 6 December 1927. His father Anwar Shah Kashmiri was a scholar of ahadith. Jigar Moradabadi
Ali Sikandar (6 April 1890 – 9 September 1960), known by his pen name as Jigar Moradabadi, was an Indian Urdu poet and ''ghazal'' writer. He received the Sahitya Akademi Award in 1958 for his poetry collection "Atish-e-Gul", and was the second poet (after Muhammad Iqbal, Mohammad Iqbal) to be awarded an honorary Doctor of Letters, D.Litt. by the Aligarh Muslim University. Mahir Ul Qadri
Mahirul Qadri ( Urdu ماہر القادری) whose real name was Manzoor Hussain, was a writer, poet, and novelist. He was born in village Kesar Kalan Tahsil Pilibhit on 30 July 1906, in Bulandshahar district of Uttar Pradesh India. He studied at Aligarh Muslim University. In 1947 he migrated to Karachi Pakistan. Manzoor Nomani
Muḥammad Manz̤oor Nomānī ( 15 December 1905 – 4 May 1997) was an Indian Islamic scholar. Prominent among his written works are ''Maariful Hadith'', ''Islam Kya Hai?'', and ''Khomeini and the Iranian Revolution''. He graduated from Darul Uloom Deoband in 1927, where he studied hadith under Anwar Shah Kashmiri. He held the post of Shaykh al-Hadith at Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama for four years, and was a close associate of Abul Hasan Ali Nadwi. A founding member of Jamaat-e-Islami in 1941, he was elected the group's Deputy Amir, second to Abul A'la Maududi. Manazir Ahsan Gilani (1 October 1892 – 5 June 1956) was an Indian Sunni Islamic scholar and former Dean of The Faculty of Theology in Osmania University. Muhammad Yousuf Banuri (7 May 1908 – 17 October 1977) was a Pakistani Islamic scholar, founder of Jamia Uloom-ul-Islamia and former President and Vice President of Wifaq ul Madaris Al-Arabia, Pakistan from 30 May 1973 to 17 October 1977. Idris Kandhlawi
Idris Kandhlawi ( ur, ادریس کاندھلوی; 20 August 1899 – 28 July 1974) was a Pakistani Sunni scholar during the mid-twentieth century, widely recognized for his contributions to various fields of Islamic studies, including hadith, Quranic studies, Islamic jurisprudence, Prophetic biography, and theology. Holding the titles of Sheikh al-Hadith and Sheikh al-Tafsir, he traced his lineage to Abu Bakr on his father's side and Umar on his mother's side. He studied in Thana Bhawan under Ashraf Ali Thanwi.
