Montevarchi Calcio Aquila 1902 is an Italian professional football club, based in Montevarchi, Tuscany. It plays in . History Foundation The club was founded in 1902 as Società Ciclistica Aquila and in 1926 was renamed Club Sportivo Aquila Montevarchi. Montevarchi in the season 2010–11, from Serie D group E was relegated, in the play-out, to Eccellenza Tuscany. Dissolution On 24 November 2011 it was declared bankrupt and immediately excluded from the championship of Eccellenza Tuscany with the consequent radiation from the Italian football. Stadio (literally, ''Stadium'') is an Italian pop rock band formed in 1977. The members are Giovanni Pezzoli (drums), Roberto Drovandi (bass guitar), Andrea Fornili (guitar), and Gaetano Curreri (vocals and keyboard). Formation and early recordings The group had a long-standing arrangement as an accompanying band to Lucio Dalla, a Bologna-born singer. Stadio had its first notable public appearance in the mid-1970s, when the group appeared on Lucio Dalla's 1975 collaborative album with Roberto Roversi, '':it:w:Anidride Solforosa (album), Anidride Solforosa'' (Italian for "sulfur dioxide"). The 1947–48 Serie C was the tenth edition of Serie C, the third highest league in the Italian football league system. As the previous edition, it was divided into three independent leagues: the Northern, the Central and the Southern League. In order to reduce the number of teams in Serie B and Serie C, there were no promotions and most of the teams were relegated to the newly created Promozione, while the worst teams of every group would be relegated to Prima Divisione. Promozione would be organized by the three interregional leagues again, while the new Serie C will become the third division of the Football League.
