Mona McSharry
Mona McSharry (born 21 August 2000) is an Irish swimmer. She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo in 2021 McSharry grew up in Grange, County Sligo. She is the holder of multiple national senior records (50 m, 100 m and 200 m breaststroke and 50 m butterfly in long course, 50 m and 100 m breaststroke and 100 m individual medley in short course as well as mixed relay records in 4x50m FTR National Team and 4x50m MTR National Team both over short course). In August 2017, she earned the women's swimming title of 100 m breaststroke junior world champion during the World Junior Championships, in Indianapolis. Grange, County Sligo
Grange () is a village on the N15 national primary road in County Sligo, Ireland. It is located between Benbulben mountain and the Atlantic Ocean. Streedagh, a townland near Grange, is the location of a large sandy beach, three Armada wrecks and a salt water lagoon that is an area of Special Conservation. Streedagh strand is also a surfing destination. A short distance to the north are the towns of Ballyshannon and Bundoran, a surfing and seaside resort which are both bypassed, and the villages of Tullaghan and Cliffoney. To the south are Drumcliff, burial place of poet and Nobel laureate W. B. Yeats, and Sligo town. History The old village is on the hill to the north of the present village. Donncha O'Callaghan
Donncha O'Callaghan (born 24 March 1979) is an Irish retired rugby union player. He spent most of his career with his home province Munster, spending 17 seasons with the province and winning five major trophies, before finishing his career with Worcester Warriors in the English Premiership. Internationally, O'Callaghan represented Ireland and was part of the team that won the Six Nations grand slam in 2009. He also toured with the British & Irish Lions in 2005 and 2009, winning 4 caps, and was invited the play for the Barbarians twice. Throughout his career, O'Callaghan played primarily as a lock, though he occasionally provided cover at blindside flanker. ''Ireland's Fittest Family'' is an Irish TV series where families from across Ireland compete in different adventure races and fitness competitions in an effort to win €15,000 and the title of 'Ireland's Fittest Family'. Since 2014 there have been ten seasons of the programme and three celebrity specials. Season 1 The first season saw coaches, Davy Fitzgerald, Kenneth Egan, Nikki Symmons and Eddie O'Sullivan take part in the competition. In the first episode each coach began with three families. The Heats took place in Dublin docks, the quarterfinals took place in Killary Adventure Centre, the semifinals took place in Hell and Back, the final returned to Dublin docks.
