Malayalam cinema is an Indian film industry of Malayalam-language motion pictures. It is based in Kochi, Kerala, India. The films produced in Malayalam cinema are known for their cinematography and story-driven plots. In 1982, '' Elippathayam'' won the Sutherland Trophy at the London Film Festival, and Most Original Imaginative Film of 1982 by the British Film Institute. Rajiv Anchal's ''Guru'' (1997), Salim Ahamed's ''Adaminte Makan Abu'' (2011) and Lijo Jose Pellissery's ''Jallikkattu'' (2019) were Malayalam films sent by India as its official entries for the Best Foreign Language Film category at the Academy Awards. Mollywood (Malegaon)
Malegaon is a city and a municipal corporation in Nashik District in the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is situated on the bank of Mosam River. History Malegaon (previously Maligaon G.N. Wright, 1837. See entry for MULLIGAUM, p216.) at the confluence of the Mausam (previously Moosy) and Girna rivers. On the road linking Mumbai and Agra – now National Highway-3(NH3), it used to be a small junction known as ''Maliwadi'' (hamlet of gardeners). Molly Kristin Wood (born May 23, 1975) is an American venture capitalist, podcast host, and journalist. Early life and education Molly Wood was born in Helena, Montana on May 23, 1975. She graduated in May 1997 with a BA in journalism with a minor in French from the University of Montana.
