Arthur Mole
Arthur Samuel Mole (January 7, 1889 in Lexden, Essex, England – 14 August 1983 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, US) was a British-born, naturalized American commercial photographer. He became famous for a series of "living photographs" made during World War I, in which tens of thousands of soldiers, reservists and other members of the military were arranged to form massive compositions. Although if viewed from the ground or from directly above, these masses of men would appear meaningless, when seen from the top of an 80-foot viewing tower, they clearly appeared to be various patriotic shapes (via anamorphosis). Charles Mole
Sir Charles Johns Mole KBE, MVO (1886–1962) was a British architect who served in the Ministry of Works, eventually becoming its Director-General. Career Mole was born in 1886 in Broadhempston, Devon. He was initially educated aLipson Academyin Plymouth. In 1911, he began working for the Office of Works, which later became the Ministry of Works. Amongst other things, he was involved in the coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth. For his work in the Office, he was made a Member of the Victorian Order (MVO) in 1937. In 1944, Mole became the Director of Works. Two years later, he was promoted to Director-General, a position he held until his retirement in 1958. During his tenure, he oversaw building and maintenance work of about £50m per year. Knighthood Mole was knighted in 1947 and made KBE in 1953. Christopher David Mole (born 16 March 1958) is a British Labour Party politician, who was the Member of Parliament for Ipswich from a by-election in 2001, after the death of Jamie Cann, and was re-elected in 2005. He was Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Transport, until his defeat in the 2010 general election by Ben Gummer of the Conservative Party. Early life Mole attended Dulwich College. He gained a degree in Electronics from the University of Kent and moved to Ipswich in 1981 to work at the BT Laboratories at Martlesham Heath. Fenton Le Roy "Muscles" Mole (June 14, 1925 – February 20, 2017) was an American Major League Baseball player. Biography Mole was born in San Leandro, California. He played two seasons for Newark in the minor leagues, 1947 and 1949. He was called up on September 1, 1949. Mole played in ten games for the New York Yankees in the 1949 season. He had five hits in 27 at-bats, with a .185 batting average. Mole batted and threw left-handed. Jamie Mole (born 1 June 1988) is an English former professional footballer who plays as a striker. Career Hearts Born in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, Mole joined the Heart of Midlothian Academy from Newburn Boys Club in his home-town of Newcastle upon Tyne and signed a full professional contract in July 2004. Irving Milfred Mole (March 11, 1898 – April 29, 1961) known professionally as Miff Mole, was an American jazz trombonist and band leader. He is generally considered one of the greatest jazz trombonists and credited with creating "the first distinctive and influential solo jazz trombone style." Matthew Joseph Mole (born 28 October 1991) is a South African singer-songwriter from Cape Town, South Africa. He is the winner of the South African Music Awards record of the year 2021. Early life and education Matthew Mole is from Fish Hoek in Cape Town. Mole's father taught him how to play the guitar. He later learned how to play ukulele, banjo, piano, organ, and drums.
