Mohammad Shorif Uddin () is a Bangladeshi academic serving as the Vice-Chancellor of Green University of Bangladesh since May 16, 2024. He was appointed by the President of Bangladesh, Mohammed Shahabuddin, on March 28, 2024, for a four-year term. Biography Shorif Uddin completed his undergraduate studies in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in 1991. He earned a Master's in Technology Education from Shiga University, Japan, and a PhD in engineering from Kyoto Institute of Technology in 2002. Career He began his career as a lecturer at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology in 1991. Mohammed Shahabuddin
Mohammed Shahabuddin (born 10 December 1949) is a Bangladeshi jurist, journalist, civil servant and politician who has served as the 16th and current president of Bangladesh since 2023. He was elected unopposed in the 2023 Bangladeshi presidential election, 2023 presidential election as the nominee of the Ruling party, ruling Awami League. Golam Samdani Fakir () is a Bangladeshi academic. He is serving as the Vice Chancellor of the Green University of Bangladesh from 2013 to 2023. Biography Ghulam Samdani was born in 1952 to a Muslim family in Brahmanbaria District. His father, Ataur Rahman Fakir, and his mother Rabeya Khatun Fakir. Ghulam Samdani has one child.
