Mohair (band)
Mohair are an English rock band, formed in 1998 in Watford, Hertfordshire. The band is composed of drummer Pete Baker, vocalist/guitarist Tom Billington, keyboardist Alex Lee-Richards and bassist Tim Slade.Wilson, MacKenzieMohair Biography, Allmusic. Fields of the Nephilim are an English gothic rock band formed in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, in 1984. The band's name refers to a biblical race of angel-human hybrids known as the Nephilim. Career Early years (1984–1991) The band's debut 12" EP, ''Burning the Fields'', was first released in 1985 on their own Tower Release label and was quickly picked up by Jungle Records, who put them in the studio for further recordings that became the ''Returning to Gehenna'' 12" EP. Managed by a Jungle Records director, they soon got signed to Situation 2 records (an imprint of Beggars Banquet Records) in 1986 to release "Power" and "Preacher Man", and their first album, ''Dawnrazor'', which topped the Indie chart in 1987. Andy Lewis is an English record producer, musician and bassist. He has released two albums as a solo artist, on Acid Jazz Records: ''Billion Pound Project'' in September 2005 and ''You Should Be Hearing Something Now!'' in October 2007. He is a member of the bands Pimlico, The Red Inspectors, and Spearmint. In recent years, Lewis has appeared on bass guitar and backing vocals in Paul Weller's live band, as well as on Weller's albums '' 22 Dreams'', '' Wake Up the Nation'' and '' Sonik Kicks'', contributing bass, and also cello to "Light Nights", the opening track on ''22 Dreams''. The Bluetones
The Bluetones are an English indie rock band, formed in Hounslow, Greater London, in 1993. The band's members are Mark Morriss on vocals, Adam Devlin on guitar, Mark's brother Scott Morriss on bass guitar, and Eds Chesters on drums. A fifth member, Richard Payne, came on board between 1998 and 2002. The band was originally named "The Bottlegarden".
