Mitch Gudgeon
Mitchell Gudgeon (born April 27, 1986) is a Canadian former international rugby union player. Raised in Victoria, British Columbia, Gudgeon was educated at Oak Bay High School and excelled most in basketball growing up. He was the 2004 Sport BC high school athlete of the year and played varsity basketball for the Victoria Vikes. His university degree was in kinesiology and he later completed an MBA from Queen's University. Gudgeon gained two caps as a lock on the Canada national rugby union team, against Belgium in Brussels in 2010 and Russia in the 2011 Churchill Cup. He was named in the extended squad for the 2011 Rugby World Cup. Oak Bay High School
École Secondaire Oak Bay High School is a high school in the Greater Victoria School District and is located in Oak Bay, British Columbia, Canada. The enrollment is approximately 1,400 students attending in grades 9 to 12 in both regular and French immersion programs. The school moved into new facilities on the same site in 2015. The construction took roughly 2.5 years. History and facilities The first high school in Oak Bay was opened in 1915 where the Oak Bay Municipal Hall now stands. However this school quickly became over-crowded and replaced by what was the East Building at the school's present location on Cranmore Road in 1929. The 2011 Rugby World Cup, was the seventh Rugby World Cup, a quadrennial international rugby union competition inaugurated in 1987. The World Rugby, International Rugby Board (IRB) selected New Zealand as the host country in preference to Japan and South Africa at a meeting in Dublin on 17 November 2005. 2011 Churchill Cup
The 2011 Churchill Cup, the ninth and final edition of an annual international rugby union tournament, took place in Northampton, Esher, Gloucester and Worcester. This was just the second time in the tournament's history in which England played host.
