Mista (band)
''Mista'' was an American R&B group in the mid-1990s from Atlanta, Georgia. Under the production of Organized Noize, the group released their self-titled debut album in 1996, which produced the hit single "Blackberry Molasses" (#53 U.S., #13 U.S. R&B). However, the album did not follow in the same success and despite a second album being produced by Tim & Bob, it was never released. Due to management issues, the group split in 1997. Group member Bobby V Robert Marcel Wilson (born February 27, 1980), better known by his stage name Bobby V (formerly known as Bobby Valentino), is an American R&B singer. Tim & Bob (Tim Kelley and Bob Robinson), also known as Funktwons, were an American songwriting and production duo from Peoria, Illinois. The duo has been credited on the Billboard Hot 100, ''Billboard'' Hot 100 top ten-singles "Thong Song" by Sisqó, "Slow Down (Bobby Valentino song), Slow Down" by Bobby V and "They Don't Know (Jon B. song), They Don't Know" by Jon B., as well as the top 40-singles "So Into You (Tamia song), So Into You" by Tamia and "Come See Me (112 song), Come See Me" by 112 (group), 112.
