Mississauga City Centre Transit Terminal
The City Centre Transit Terminal in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada is the main transit hub and bus station for MiWay, the city's public transit system. The station is situated in Mississauga City Centre at the northwest corner of Square One Shopping Centre, and buses using the terminal display "Square One" on their destination signs. Buses use the upper level, while access from the mall is on lower ground via crosswalk (no direct connection), where a taxi stand and kiss and ride are located. Services provided on the upper level of the building include ticket sales, information booth, and lost and found, while washroom facilities and MiWay transit police holding cells is located on the lower level. MiWay (pronounced "my way"; stylized miWAY), also known as Mississauga Transit and originally as Mississauga Transit Systems, is the municipal public transport agency serving Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and is responsible to the city's Transportation and Works Department. MiWay services consists of two types of bus routes: MiLocal, local buses that make frequent stops, and MiExpress, express buses between major destinations. Erin Mills Town Centre is a shopping mall located in Erin Mills, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, at the corner of Erin Mills Parkway and Eglinton Avenue West. It is the second largest mall in Mississauga, after Square One. The mall can be accessed from the 401, 403, and 407 series highways. Mississauga Hospital is a regional and teaching hospital in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It provides general medical services to residents of central and southern Mississauga as well as regional stroke, cardiac, and neurological care. Founded in 1958 as South Peel Hospital, the hospital was renamed to Mississauga Hospital in 1980. Islington is a subway station on Line 2 Bloor–Danforth of the Toronto subway in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located on the north side of Bloor Street West on the west side of Islington Avenue.
