Mission Of Fear
''Mission of Fear'' () is a Canadian drama film, directed by Fernand Dansereau and released in 1965. Based on ''The Jesuit Relations'', the film dramatizes the story of the Canadian Martyrs at the Jesuit mission of Sainte-Marie among the Hurons through the reflections of Jean de Brébeuf (Alain Cuny) as he awaits his death. The cast also includes Jacques Godin, François Guillier, Jacques Kasma, Ginette Letondal, Hubert Loiselle, Yves Létourneau, Monique Mercure, Albert Millaire, Jean-Louis Millette, Jean Perraud, Jean-Guy Sabourin, Marcel Sabourin, Janine Sutto and Maurice Tremblay. Fernand Dansereau
Fernand Dansereau (born April 5, 1928) is a Québécois people, Québécois film director and film producer. Biography After five years working as a reporter for the Montreal daily Le Devoir, Dansereau joined the National Film Board of Canada, NFB in 1955. He was a founding member of the NFB's French Unit and until 1960, he wrote and directed several feature films and documentaries for the series ''Panorama''. He worked on the television series ''Temps présent'' from 1960 to 1964 and then returned to directing with the fiction feature ''Le festin des morts'' which won 2 Canadian Film Awards including Best Feature Film in 1966. He left the NFB in 1970 for the private sector. Among his many achievements, he wrote and directed the feature documentary ''Faut aller parmi l'monde pour le savoir'' (1971) which was selected for the Directors' Fortnight at the Cannes Film Festival in 1972. Janine Sutto
Janine Sutto, (20 April 1921 – 28 March 2017) was a French-born Canadian actress and comedian. Career Born in Paris to Léopold Sutto and Renée Mamert, she emigrated to Canada in 1930, with her family settling in Montreal. At age 14, Sutto began acting in radio dramas, and later performed stage roles. In 1943, she was a founding member of the Théâtre de l'Equipe troupe, and she continued acting on stage through the early 1950s with Théâtre du Nouveau Monde. She also made over 75 film and television appearances, with her first film appearance being in the 1945 film '' The Music Master (Le Père Chopin)''. In 1968, Janine Sutto participated in the creation of Les Belles-sœurs by Michel Tremblay, playing Lisette de Courval.
