Miss Supranational
Miss Supranational is an annual international beauty pageant, started in 2009, and with most contests held in Poland. A parallel male contest, Mister Supranational, was launched in 2016, also in Poland. The current organizers of Miss and Mister Supranational are World Beauty Association S.A. and Nowa Scena. The current pageant title holders are Harashta Haifa Zahra of Indonesia and Fezile Mkhize of South Africa, who were elected on July 4 and July 6, 2024, separately, in Nowy Sącz. Miss Supranational 2022
Miss Supranational 2022 was the 13th edition of the Miss and Mister Supranational, Miss Supranational pageant, held on 15 July 2022, at Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland. Chanique Rabe of Namibia crowned Lalela Mswane of South Africa at the end of the event. This edition marked the first back to back win for contestants from Africa, and the first Black woman who won Miss Supranational. Andrea Aguilera (Ecuadorian Model)
Andrea Victoria Aguilera Paredes is an Ecuadorian model and beauty queen who was crowned Miss Supranational 2023 on July 14, 2023. She is the first Ecuadorian to have won Miss Supranational. She was previously crowned Miss Grand Ecuador 2021, and represented Ecuador at Miss Grand International 2021 where she was named the first runner-up. Early life and education Aguilera was born in Ventanas, Ecuador. Aguilera represented her province in several beauty pageants in her country. Minsk Sports Palace is an indoor arena, indoor sports arena, located in Minsk, Belarus. The arena seats 4,842 spectators and opened in 1966. Miss Supranational 2013
Miss Supranational 2013 was the fifth Miss and Mister Supranational, Miss Supranational pageant, held at the Minsk Sports Palace in Minsk, Belarus on 6 September 2013. This is the first edition of the pageant to be held outside of Poland. Ekaterina Buraya of Belarus crowned Mutya Johanna Datul of the Philippines as Miss Supranational 2013 at the end of the event. She is the first Filipino and Asian to be crowned Miss and Mister Supranational, Miss Supranational. Contestants from eighty-three countries and territories competed in this year's pageant. Lalela Lali Mswane (born 27 March 1997) is a South African beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Supranational 2022. She previously won Miss South Africa 2021 and was second runner up at Miss Universe 2021. Early life and education Mswane was born 27 March 1997 in Richards Bay, in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. Her father, Muntu Mswane, was an Eswatini-born former diplomat and minister who died in 2010, while her mother Hleliselwe worked as an bookkeeping, accounts clerk and homemaker.
