Consuelo Adler Hernández (born in Caracas, Venezuela) is a Venezuelan model and beauty queen who became the second Miss International from her country in 1997. Miss Venezuela A year prior to her win as Miss International, she competed as Miss Miranda in her country's national beauty pageant, Miss Venezuela, obtaining the title of ''Miss Venezuela International'' and the ''Most Beautiful Skin'' and ''Photogenic'' awards. Charmaine Sheh Sze-man (; born 28 May 1975) is a Hong Kong actress. After winning second runner-up in the 1997 Miss Hong Kong pageant, Sheh signed a contract with TVB in 1998. Miss International (''Miss International Beauty'' or ''The International Beauty Pageant'') is a Japan-based international beauty pageant organized by the International Culture Association. First held in 1960, it is the fourth largest pageant in the world in terms of the number of national winners participating in the international contest.
