Miss Earth 2017
Miss Earth 2017 was the 17th edition of the Miss Earth pageant, held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Bay City, Pasay, Metro Manila, the Philippines, on November 4, 2017. Katherine Espín of Ecuador crowned Karen Ibasco of the Philippines as her successor at the end of the event. Ibasco's crowning marks the fourth time the Philippines won the Miss Earth title—the most in the pageant's history. Results Placements NOTE (*): For this year's pageant, there were no first, second and third runners-up. Instead, the non-winning elemental queens were of equal ranking (they are all runners-up), with each being eligible to replace the winner if it were necessary. Miss Earth 2018 was the 18th edition of the Miss Earth pageant, held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Bay City, Pasay, Metro Manila, the Philippines, on November 3, 2018. Karen Ibasco of the Philippines crowned her successor Nguyễn Phương Khánh of Vietnam at the end of the event. This is the first time Vietnam won the Miss Earth pageant, one of the Big Four International Beauty Pageants.
