Miss Corsica
Miss Corsica () is a French beauty pageant which selects a representative for the Miss France national competition from the region of Corsica. The first Miss Corsica was crowned in 1920, although the competition was not organized regularly until 1988. The current Miss Corsica is Manon Mateus, who was crowned Miss Corsica 2025 on 24 July 2025. A beauty pageant is a competition in which the contestants are judged and ranked based on various physical and mental attributes. Miss France 2022 was the 92nd edition of the Miss France pageant, held at the Zénith de Caen in Caen, Normandy, on 11 December 2021. Amandine Petit of Normandy crowned Diane Leyre of Île-de-France. Miss France 2015, the 85th edition of the Miss France pageant, was held on December 6, 2014 at Zénith d'Orléans in Orléans. Miss France 2014, Flora Coquerel of Orléanais (Centre-Val de Loire) crowned her successor Camille Cerf of Nord-Pas-de-Calais at the end of the event. She represented France at Miss Universe 2014. Miss France 2016 was the 86th Miss France pageant, held in Lille on 19 December 2015. Miss France 2015, Camille Cerf crowned her successor Iris Mittenaere at the end of the event. This was the third back-to-back in Miss France history after 1948-1950 and 1989-1990. Mittenaere represented France at Miss Universe 2016, where she was crowned the winner. Miss France 2017 was the 87th edition of the Miss France pageant, held on 17 December 2016, at Park&Suites Arena in Montpellier. It was the first time that the pageant took place in Montpellier and in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Porto-Vecchio (, ; or ; , , or (South)) is a commune in the French department of Corse-du-Sud, on the island of Corsica. Porto-Vecchio is a medium-sized port city placed on a good harbor, the southernmost of the marshy and alluvial east side of Corsica. It is the seat of two cantons: Bavella and Grand Sud.
