Mirza (lemur)
The giant mouse lemurs are members of the Strepsirrhini, strepsirrhine primate genus ''Mirza''. Two species have been formally described; the northern giant mouse lemur (''Mirza zaza'') and Coquerel's giant mouse lemur (''Mirza coquereli''). Like all other lemurs, they are native to Madagascar, where they are found in the Madagascar dry deciduous forests, western dry deciduous forests and further to the north in the Sambirano River, Sambirano Valley and Sahamalaza National Park, Sahamalaza Peninsula. First Species description, described in 1867 as a single species, they were grouped with mouse lemurs and dwarf lemurs. Nino Agostino Arturo Maria Ferrari (; 15 August 1934 – 13 August 1998), known as Nino Ferrer (), was an Italian-born French singer-songwriter and author. Biography and career Nino Ferrer was born on 15 August 1934 in Genoa, Italy, but lived the first years of his life in New Caledonia (an overseas territory of France in the southwest Pacific Ocean), where his father, an engineer, was working. Jesuit religious schooling, first in Genoa and later in Saint-Jean de Passy, Paris, left him with a lifelong aversion to the Church. From 1947, the young Nino studied ethnology and archaeology in the Sorbonne university in Paris, also pursuing his interests in music and painting. ''Mirza Sahiban'' () is a classical Punjabi folk tragedy, originally recorded in literary form by the 17th-century poet Pilu. Set in a village in Jhang, the tragedy follows the romance between two youths, belonging to chieftain families of their respective clans, their elopement and eventual demise. It is regarded as one of the four popular tragic romances of the Punjab. The other three are '' Heer Ranjha'', '' Sohni Mahiwal'' and '' Sassi Punnun''. ''Mirzya'' is the soundtrack album to the 2016 film of the same name directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra from a story written by Gulzar, loosely inspired on the Punjabi folklore of Mirza Sahiban. The film's music is composed by Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy collaborating with Mehra after '' Bhaag Milkha Bhaag'' (2013) and composed nine songs for the film, and six short songs based on the folklore has been composed by singer Daler Mehndi; all of them were written by Gulzar.
