Mirza Hussain Haider
Mirza Hussain Haider is a former Justice of the Appellate Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court. Early life Haider was born on 1 March 1954 in Bakshiganj, Jamalpur District, East Bengal, Pakistan. He completed his bachelor's degree and masters in law from the University of Dhaka. Career Haider started working as a lawyer in the district court in 1979. In 1981, Haider became a lawyer in the High Court Division. Haider worked as a lawyer in the Appellate Division in 1999. On 3 July 2001, Haider was appointed an additional Judge on the High Court Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court. His appointment was confirmed three years later in 2003 as a permanent judge of the division. Haider and Justice Borhan Uddin issued an order for Abul Hasnat Abdullah, former Chief Whip, to surrender before the court in a tax evasion case in 2009. The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh is the appellate court in Bangladesh. The Appellate Division is the final court of appeal for all civil and criminal cases, with appellate review authority over judgements of the High Court Division. The University of Dhaka (also known as Dhaka University, or DU) is a public research university located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is the oldest university in Bangladesh. Abul Hasanat Abdullah
Abul Hasanat Abdullah (born 10 December 1944) is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and a member of parliament for constituency Barisal-1. Career Abdullah was elected Upazila Chairman in Barisal in 1973. In 1975, his father, Abdur Rab Serniabat, was killed in the 15 August 1975 Bangladesh coup d'état. He and his family members fled Bangladesh. The new Government of Bangladesh declared his land vested property and took over them. In 2001, the land was returned to him. Muhammad Khurshid Alam Sarkar is a Judge on the High Court Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court. Early life Sarkar was born on 1 March 1972. He completed his bachelor's degree and masters in law from the University of Dhaka. He also completed a second law degree from the United Kingdom.
