Mircea Neșu
Dr. Mircea Neșu (29 September 1940 – 20 October 2014) was a Romanian footballer who played as a midfielder. Career Mircea Neșu played for Crișana Oradea, Viitorul București, Universitatea Cluj and Crișul Oradea, having earned 145 matches and 5 goals in the Romanian top-league Divizia A. He played 99 Divizia A matches, scoring five goals for Universitatea Cluj, a team with which he also won the only trophy in his career, the 1964–65 Cupa României. After he ended his playing career he became a referee who arbitrated Divizia A and Divizia B matches during 1978–1986. He also arbitrated at international and European club level. In 1992, Neșu was Romanian Democratic Convention's candidate for mayor of Oradea, but he lost the elections to Petru Filip. He also worked as a doctor. Cacica
Cacica (, ) is a commune in Suceava County, in the historical region of Bukovina, northeastern Romania. The commune is located in the central part of the county, from the town of Gura Humorului, from the city of Rădăuți, and from the county seat, Suceava. At the 2011 census, 74.8% of inhabitants were Romanians, 20.2% Poles, and 4.4% Ukrainians. Its Polish inhabitants are descended from settlers who arrived there at the turn of the 19th century during the Habsburg period. Mihai Neșu
Mihai Mircea Neșu (born 19 February 1983) is a Romanian former professional footballer who played as left-back, and a philanthropist. A left-back, Neșu played as a senior for Steaua București and FC Utrecht, as well as being capped eight times for the Romania national team. His footballing career ended at age 28, when he suffered a severe neck injury that left him paralysed. After his accident, Neșu started a personal foundation dedicated to children with motor disorders, at the same time receiving treatment for his paralysis from which he did not make a full recovery. Club career Steaua București Neșu, who was nicknamed ''Bișonul'' (Romanian for "the Bichon"), was born in Oradea and started to play football with the junior squads of Bihor Oradea.
