Miranda Media () is the Internet provider of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol, Luhansk and Donetsk. It is headquartered in Simferopol in Russian Crimea. Russian Internet providers such as Miranda Media are subject to Russian Internet monitoring and censorship. Luhansk
Luhansk (, ; , ), also known as Lugansk (, ; , ), is a city in the Donbas in eastern Ukraine. In Russia, internet censorship is enforced on the basis of several laws and through several mechanisms.
