Anatoly Solovyev
Anatoly Yakovlevich Solovyev (; ; alternate spelling "Solovyov"; born 16 January 1948) is a retired Latvian and Soviet Union, Soviet cosmonaut and pilot. Solovyev holds the List of cumulative spacewalk records, world record on the number of extra-vehicular activity, spacewalks performed (16) and accumulated time spent spacewalking (over 82 hours). Education Solovyev studied at Riga Secondary School No. 33. After completing secondary school in Riga at age 16, he was a general labourer at a building materials factory, and then a metalworker. He completed two years of evening school and in 1967, enrolled at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the University of Latvia, State University of Latvia. After completing the first year, Anatoly left training to prepare for aviation school while working as a locksmith at the Latvian Joint Aviation Unit. Nikolai Budarin
Nikolai Mikhailovich Budarin () (born 29 April 1953 in Kirya, Russia, Kirya, Chuvashia Republic, Chuvashia) is a retired Russian cosmonaut, a veteran of three extended space missions aboard the Mir Space Station and the International Space Station. He has also performed eight career spacewalks with a total time of 44 hours. Named a cosmonaut candidate in 1989, Budarin's first space mission was a long-term assignment aboard the space station Mir in 1995. Since then, he again made extended stays on Mir in 1998 and the International Space Station Expedition 6 from 2002 to 2003. Talgat Musabayev
Talgat Amangeldyuly Musabayev (, ''Talğat Amankeldıūly Mūsabaev''; born 7 January 1951) is a Kazakhstan, Kazakh politician, test pilot and former astronaut, cosmonaut who flew on three spaceflights. His first two spaceflights were long-duration stays aboard the Russian space station ''Mir''. His third spaceflight was a short duration visiting mission to the International Space Station, which also carried the first paying space tourism, space tourist Dennis Tito. He retired as a cosmonaut in November 2003. Since 2007 he has been head of KazCosmos, Kazakhstan's National Space Agency. Soyuz TM-27
Soyuz TM-27 was a Russian spaceflight that ferried cosmonauts and supplies to the Russian space station Mir. It was the 33rd expedition to Mir. It was launched by a Soyuz-U rocket from Baikonur Cosmodrome on January 29, 1998. The main mission was to exchange one crew member, carry out French mission PEGASE, and conduct routine science experiments. TM-27 docked with Mir. Léopold "Leo" Eyharts (born 28 April 1957) is a French Brigadier General in the French Air Force, an engineer and ESA astronaut. He has flown to space two times as part of a Mir expedition and an International Space Station expedition. Eyharts was born on 28 April 1957 in Biarritz, Basque Country, France. He graduated as an engineer from the French Air Force Academy of Salon-de-Provence in 1979, and graduated from the École du personnel navigant d'essais et de réception (EPNER) French test pilot school in Istres in 1988. Michael Foale
Colin Michael Foale (; born 6 January 1957) is a British-American astrophysicist and a former NASA astronaut. He is a veteran of six space missions, and is the only NASA astronaut to have flown extended missions aboard both Mir and the International Space Station. He was the second British people, Briton in space and the first to perform a space walk. Until 17 April 2008, he held the record for most time spent in space by a US citizen: 374 days, 11 hours, 19 minutes, and he held the cumulative-time-in-space record for a British citizen.
