The Minister of Small Business Development is a Minister in the Cabinet of South Africa. Formation President Jacob Zuma announced the formation of the new Small Business Development Ministry on 25 May 2014. Its purpose was to promote and develop small businesses and co-operatives by focusing on both economic incentives and legislation so as to stimulate entrepreneurship in South Africa and transform the lives of economically disadvantaged people. Flag Of South Africa
The flag of South Africa was designed in March 1994 and adopted on 27 April 1994, at the beginning of South Africa's 1994 general election, to replace the flag that had been used since 1928. The flag has horizontal bands of red (on the top) and blue (on the bottom), of equal width, separated by a central green band which splits into a horizontal "Y" shape, the arms of which end at the corners of the hoist side (and follow the flag's diagonals). The "Y" embraces a black isosceles triangle from which the arms are separated by narrow yellow or gold bands; the red and blue bands are separated from the green band and its arms by narrow white stripes. The Cabinet of South Africa is the most senior level of the executive branch of the Government of South Africa. It is made up of the President, the Deputy President, and the Ministers. Overview The President appoints the Deputy President and ministers; assigns their powers and functions, and may dismiss them.
