Mimi Werner
Mimmi Michaela Sarah Werner (born 17 December 1990), better known as Mimi Werner, is a Swedish singer and songwriter. Werner began her professional music career in 2015, after signing to BMG Scandinavia. She traveled to Nashville to begin writing music, and later released her debut single "Forever Again", an English version of the Swedish song "Strövtåg i hembygden" by Mando Diao. Werner first achieved national recognition after being announced as a competitor in Melodifestivalen 2016, with the song "Ain't No Good", which became her most successful single to date. She competed in the first semi-final, held in Gothenburg on 6 February 2016, where she placed fifth and was eliminated. Her debut extended play ''Here We Go Again'' was released later that year, and also produced the single of the same name, featuring Swedish singer Brolle. Borås
Borås ( , , ) is a city (officially, a locality) and the seat of Borås Municipality, Västra Götaland County, Sweden. It had 66,273 inhabitants in 2010. Sverigetopplistan (, lit. "the Sweden top list") is the Swedish national record chart, formerly known as Topplistan (1975–1997) and Hitlistan (1998–2007) and known by its current name since October 2007, based on sales data from the Swedish Recording Industry Association (in Swedish Grammofonleverantörernas förening). Before Topplistan, music sales in Sweden were recorded by Kvällstoppen, whose weekly chart was a combined albums and singles list. Melodifestivalen 2018 was the 58th edition of the Swedish music competition Melodifestivalen, which selected Sweden's entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018. The competition was organised by Sveriges Television (SVT) and took place over a six-week period between 3 February and 10 March 2018. The format of the competition consists of 6 shows: 4 heat rounds, a second chance round and a final. An initial 28 entries were selected for the competition through three methods: an open call for song submissions, direct invitations to specific artists and songwriters and a wildcard given to one of the artists that participated in the ''Svensktoppen nästa'' competition organised by Sveriges Radio P4.
