Milton Graham
Milton Graham (born 2 November 1962) is an English former professional footballer with AFC Bournemouth, Chester City and Peterborough United in the 1980s. He is best remembered for scoring for Bournemouth in their 2–0 giantkilling win over Manchester United in the FA Cup in January 1984. Career A former schoolboy with Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, Graham signed a professional contract with AFC Bournemouth in May 1981. His Football League debut followed against Bury in October 1981 and the skilful midfielder remained involved in the first-team squad (but could not always command a regular place) over the next four years, with his overhead kick against Manchester United opening the scoring in one of the biggest FA Cup shocks of modern times. The 1983–84 Associate Members' Cup was the third staging of a secondary football league tournament, and the first staging of Associate Members' Cup. The English Football League Trophy, officially known as the Vertu Trophy for sponsorship reasons, is an annual English football knockout competition open to all clubs in EFL League One and EFL League Two and U-21 teams from the Premier League and the EFL Championship.
