Million Eyes (Loïc Nottet Song)
"Million Eyes" is a song recorded by Belgian singer Loïc Nottet, released on 27 October 2016 by Sony Music Entertainment. Written by Amy Morrey and Nottet and produced by Luuk Cox, the track was chosen as the lead single of Nottet's debut studio album ''Selfocracy'' (2017). Musically, it has been described as an experimental-inspired dark electropop power ballad featuring piano in its instrumentation. The lyrics discuss Nottet being observed by a "million eyes", as well as on judgments and internal battles. Inspired by the 2008 film ''Changeling'' and the music of Sia, "Million Eyes" features androgynous vocals from Nottet. Loïc Jean-Pierre Nottet (; born 10 April 1996) is a Belgian people, Belgian singer, songwriter and dancer. He began his career as a singer in the third season of ''The Voice Belgique'' in 2014 and represented Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015, where he placed fourth with his song "Rhythm Inside (Loïc Nottet song), Rhythm Inside". After the contest, he released "Million Eyes (Loïc Nottet song), Million Eyes", the first single from his debut album ''Selfocracy'', which later topped the charts in Belgium, reached number eight in France and number twenty in Switzerland. His second studio album ''Sillygomania'' was released on 29 May 2020. Music career 2013–2015: ''The Voice Belgique'' and Eurovision Song Contest Nottet auditioned for ''The Voice Belgique'' and reached second place in the final of the third season, behind the winner Pagna. Sia Kate Isobelle Furler ( ; born 18 December 1975) is an Australian singer and songwriter. Born and raised in Adelaide, she started her career as a singer in the acid jazz band Crisp in the mid-1990s. When Crisp disbanded in 1997, she released her debut studio album, ''OnlySee'', in Australia. Sia moved to London and provided vocals for the British duo Zero 7. She released her second studio album, ''Healing Is Difficult'', in 2001 and her third, '' Colour the Small One'', in 2004. Sia moved to New York City in 2005 and toured the United States. Her fourth and fifth studio albums, ''Some People Have Real Problems'' and ''We Are Born'', were released in 2008 and 2010 respectively, and both were certified gold by the Australian Recording Industry Association and attracted wider notice than her earlier albums.
