Millennial Leadership Initiative
The Millennium Leadership Initiative or MLI is a premier higher education leadership development program. Originally created by the African-American presidents of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) to help prepare traditionally underrepresented groups for university and college presidencies and chancellorships. The program is one of the most successful higher education programs and has expanded and is now open to all under-represented populations and participants need not be from AASCU member institutions. MLI has partnered with Association of Public and Land Grant Universities (APLU) and the Coalition of Urban and Metropolitan Universities to expand its reach to faculty and administrators that are interested in moving to upper administrative positions. Don Cozzetto
Don Cozzetto was a Canadian academic and university administrator. He was born and raised in Rossland, British Columbia but has spent most of his career in the United States. He received his B.A. from Notre Dame University College in Nelson, British Columbia, his M.S. from Carleton University in Ottawa, and his Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He specializes in public administration, human resource management, and aboriginal government. Talladega College
Talladega College is a Private college, private, Historically black colleges and universities, historically black college in Talladega, Alabama. McMurry University is a Private university, private United Methodist Church, Methodist university in Abilene, Texas, United States. It was founded in 1923 and named after William Fletcher McMurry.
