Miles Ferry
Miles "Cap" Ferry (September 22, 1932 – March 31, 2017) is an American former politician who was a Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives and Utah State Senate. In the state senate, he was Minority Whip from 1975 to 1976, Minority Leader from 1977 to 1978, and President of the Senate from 1979 to 1984. History For almost ten years from its founding on 25 March 1869, the town of Corinne prospered as the unofficial " Gentile Capital of Utah".
