Milbank LLP (commonly known as Milbank) is an international law firm headquartered in New York City. It also has offices in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, London, Frankfurt, Munich, Tokyo, Hong Kong, São Paulo, Seoul, and Singapore. History Milbank's origins trace back to 1866, with the inception of the original firm, Anderson, Adams & Young. In April 1929, Murray & Aldrich merged with Webb, Patterson & Hadley to form Murray, Aldrich & Webb. In 1931, the firm merged with Masten & Nichols to become Milbank, Tweed, Hope & Webb. The name was changed in 1962 to Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy. For decades, the firm's biggest clients were the Rockefeller family and the Chase Manhattan Bank. The firm was responsible for the legal work on the building of Rockefeller Center, and up until 2018, had offices located at One Chase Manhattan Plaza, which was later readdressed 28 Liberty, in 2015. 55 Hudson Yards (originally known as One Hudson Yards or One Hudson Boulevard) is a skyscraper in Hudson Yards, Manhattan, New York City, just outside the Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project. It and 50 Hudson Yards will add a combined of space to the Hudson Yards project, even though the two buildings are located outside the redevelopment site itself. Formerly, the area was the planned site of the now-canceled World Product Center. Both 55 Hudson Yards and the never-built World Product Center were planned to be located on the site of Copacabana, which was at the site between 2001 and January 20, 2007. Bucyrus-Erie was an American surface and underground mining equipment company. It was founded as Bucyrus Foundry and Manufacturing Company in Bucyrus, Ohio, in 1880.
