Mikk Murdvee
Mikk Murdvee (born March 20, 1980) is an Estonian-Finnish conductor and violinist living in Helsinki, Finland. Education Mikk Murdvee was born in Tallinn. He studied violin in Tallinn Music High School (1986–1998), Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre and Sibelius Academy (1999–2005), graduating from the latter with highest possible marks. He started conducting studies privately with Atso Almila in 2000. 2002–2007 he studied in Sibelius Academy conducting class, where his teachers were Leif Segerstam, Atso Almila and Jorma Panula plus many other visiting teachers. In addition he has taken part of master classes (including Neeme Järvi Summer Academy) with Neeme Järvi, Paavo Järvi, Eri Klas, J.Panula, L.Segerstam, Leonid Grin and Juozas Domarkas, conducting Estonian National Symphony Orchestra, Finnish Radio Symphony orchestra, Pärnu City Orchestra, Orchestra of Theatre "Vanemuine" and St.Petersburg Festival Orchestra. Andris Nelsons
Andris Nelsons (born 18 November 1978) is a Latvian conductor who is currently the music director of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the ''Gewandhauskapellmeister'' of the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra. He has previously served as music director of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, chief conductor of the Nordwestdeutsche Philharmonie, and music director of the Latvian National Opera. Early life Nelsons was born in Riga. His mother founded the first early music ensemble in Latvia, and his father was a choral conductor, cellist, and teacher. Male (symbol: ♂) is the sex of an organism that produces the gamete (sex cell) known as sperm, which fuses with the larger female gamete, or ovum, in the process of fertilization. David Searle (conductor)
David Harry Searle (1936 – March 1, 2021) was a Canadian politician and lawyer from the Northwest Territories. Legal career Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Searle moved to Yellowknife, Northwest Territories with his family in 1946. He was educated at the University of Alberta. Searle established his law practice in 1963 partnering with Justice Mark de Weerdt in Yellowknife. He practised law in the territory until 1981. He served as a crown attorney until his election in 1967. Searle moved to Vancouver and practised mining and environmental law with a firm called Davis & Company. He served as president of the Law Society of the Northwest Territories. From 1991 to 2004, he was a professor at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law. Philharmonia Orchestra
The Philharmonia Orchestra is a British orchestra based in London. It was founded in 1945 by Walter Legge, a classical music record producer for EMI. Among the conductors who worked with the orchestra in its early years were Richard Strauss, Wilhelm Furtwängler and Arturo Toscanini; of the Philharmonia's younger conductors, the most important to its development was Herbert von Karajan who, though never formally chief conductor, was closely associated with the orchestra in the late 1940s and early 1950s. The Philharmonia became widely regarded as the finest of London's five symphony orchestras in its first two decades. Esa-Pekka Salonen (; born 30 June 1958) is a Finnish orchestral conductor and composer. He is principal conductor and artistic advisor of the Philharmonia Orchestra in London, conductor laureate of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and music director of the San Francisco Symphony.
