Miki Aihara
(born June 10 in Shizuoka, Japan) is a Japanese ''shojo'' mangaka best known for creating the manga series ''Hot Gimmick''. She debuted with ''Lip Conscious!'' in ''Betsucomi''. Aihara frequently serialized her series in ''Betsucomi'' but has had her works serialized in ''Cheese! is a monthly Japanese shōjo manga magazine under the publication of Shogakukan. ''Shojo Beat'' is a manga magazine formerly published in North America by Viz Media. Launched in June 2005 as a sister magazine for '' Shonen Jump'', it featured serialized chapters from six manga series, as well as articles on Japanese culture, manga, anime, fashion and beauty.
