Mikhail Yakimovich
Mikhail Ivanovich Yakimovich (; , born 13 January 1967) is a former Belarusian handball player. Throughout his senior career, Yakimovich played for SKA Minsk in the Soviet Union/Belarus, and later for Teka Cantabria and Portland San Antonio in Spain. Slutsk is a town in Minsk Region, in central Belarus. It serves as the administrative center of Slutsk District, and is located on the Sluch (Belarus), Sluch River south of the capital Minsk. The EHF Champions League is the most important club handball competition for men's teams in Europe and involves the leading teams from the top European nations. The competition is organised every year by EHF. The official name for the men's competition is the EHF Champions League Men.
