Mikel Losada
Mikel Losada García (born in Ermua on 28 December 1978) is a Basque film, theatre and television actor. He has worked on more than one hundred audiovisual productions, including '' Ane Is Missing'', ''Breaking Walls'', ''Cuéntame cómo pasó'', or ''Intimacy'' (Netflix) or ''Muted'' (Netflix). He has also worked in more than a hundred theatre productions throughout Spain. He has been nominated up to three times for the Best Basque Actor Award at the Union of Basque Actors and Actresses Awards (Besarkada Awards), the last time in 2022 for the film '' Ane Is Missing''. In 2001 he won the Award for Best Television Actor at the Union of Basque Actors and Actresses Awards (Besarkada Awards) and was nominated in the same category in 2022 for the Netflix series ''Intimacy.'' The Málaga Festival, formerly Málaga Spanish Film Festival (FMCE), is an annual film festival held in Málaga, Andalusia, Spain. The festival was established to promote Spanish cinema and help disseminate information about Spanish films. Since 2017, it features an additional focus on Ibero-American films. Dolores Redondo Meira (born 1 February 1969) is a Spanish writer of noir novels, author of the ''Baztán Trilogy'', and winner of the 2016 Premio Planeta de Novela literary prize. Biography Dolores Redondo began studying for her law degree at the University of Deusto, though she did not complete it. She studied gastronomy in San Sebastián, worked in several restaurants, and had her own before devoting herself professionally to literature. ''The Glass Menagerie'' is a memory play by Tennessee Williams that premiered in 1944 and catapulted Williams from obscurity to fame. The play has strong autobiographical elements, featuring characters based on its author, his histrionic mother, and his mentally fragile sister. In writing the play, Williams drew on an earlier short story, as well as a screenplay he had written under the title of ''The Gentleman Caller''. The play premiered in Chicago on 26 December 1944. After a shaky start, it was championed by Chicago critics Ashton Stevens and Claudia Cassidy, whose enthusiasm helped build audiences so the producers could move the play to Broadway where it won the New York Drama Critics' Circle Award in 1945.
