Mike Tucker (born in South Wales) is a Welsh special effects expert who worked for many years at the BBC Television Visual Effects Department, and now works as an Effects Supervisor for his own company, The Model Unit. He is also the author of a variety of spin-offs relating to the television series ''Doctor Who'' and novelisations based on episodes of the television series ''Merlin''. He sometimes co-writes with Robert Perry. Effects work Tucker's early work for the BBC was as a holiday relief assistant on the 1982 history series ''Timewatch''. Following this, he became a full-time member of the BBC Visual Effects Department working on practical effects and models for a range of BBC programmes including ''Casualty'', ''Top of the Pops'', ''EastEnders'', ''The Singing Detective'', ''Proust'' and ''Tomorrow's World'' among many others. Michael Tucker(born February 6, 1945) is an American actor, author, and playwright. He is best known for his role in the television series ''L.A. Law'' (1986–1994), for which he received two Golden Globe nominations and three Primetime Emmy Award nominations. Career Tucker's acting experience includes early appearances with Joseph Papp and a major stint at the Arena Theatre, in Washington, D.C. He also has worked with Lina Wertmüller, Woody Allen, and Barry Levinson. Tucker co-starred in ''L.A. Michael Thomas Tucker (17 July 1947 – 14 February 2002) was an English musician, best known as the drummer of the glam rock and hard rock band Sweet. Personal life Mick Tucker was born on 17 July 1947 in Kingsbury, North West London, the son of Hubert and Ellen Tucker. He was married twice: to Pauline until her death in 1979, and to Janet until his death. He died from leukaemia on 14 February 2002, in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. On 28 July 1973, Tucker married his first wife, Pauline, at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Ruislip, Middlesex. They then moved into a house in Beverley Road, Ruislip. He had a music room with silver and gold albums awarded from all over the world on the walls. Mickey Tucker (born Michael B. Tucker; April 28, 1941) is an American jazz pianist and organist. Biography Tucker was born in Durham, North Carolina in 1941. He grew up in Rankin, Pennsylvania before moving back to North Carolina aged 12. When he was six, he started learning piano, eventually playing in church. While at high school, Tucker played in the school band as well as in a trio that included Grady Tate. Aged 15, Tucker received an early admission scholarship to attend Morehouse College. He became a teacher and taught at a high school in Lake Wales, Florida and Mississippi Valley State College while also performing music. Tucker left Mississippi in 1964 and moved to New York City. In New York, he performed with Damita Jo, with whom he toured London. He moved on to have stints working with comedian Timmy Rogers, Little Anthony and the Imperials and as organist for James Moody. Michael Edward George Tucker (30 November 1944 – 28 March 2018) was a British equestrian rider, who was better known more as Britain's main equestrian (eventing) commentator. Career He competed in eventing. He was on the board of British Eventing from 1999 to 2005. He worked with the International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI). He designed horse eventing courses. In April 2017 Tucker announced that he was retiring from commentating bowing out at the 2017 Badminton Horse Trials. Personal life He lived in Cotswold District at Long Newnton. Michael Tucker (born August 15, 1990), known professionally as BloodPop (stylized as BloodPop®), is an American musician, record producer, songwriter, and gaming executive. Life and early career Tucker was born in Kansas City, Missouri, United States. Tucker studied jazz guitar in school and, under the guidance of Cody Critcheloe of SSION, learned how to produce music in his parents' basement while he studied at the Kansas City Art Institute. He moved to Vancouver in the late 2000s to study video game design at the Vancouver Film School.
