Miguel Ángel Luna Munguía
Miguel Ángel Luna Munguía (17 December 1969 – 3 June 2015) was a Mexican politician who, at different times, was affiliated to both the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) and the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD). From 2009 to 2012, he served in the Chamber of Deputies, representing the 32nd district of the State of Mexico during the 61st Congress. Life Luna's political career took place entirely within Valle de Chalco Solidaridad. He graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) with a law degree in 1993 and was a member of the PRI until 2003, even serving as the municipal party president between 2002 and 2003. In 2003, he flipped to the PRD, and in that same year, he began a three-year term as municipal president. The State of Mexico, officially just Mexico, is one of the 32 federal entities of the United Mexican States. Alma Lilia Luna Munguía (born 6 August 1976) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). She has served two terms in the Chamber of Deputies representing the 32nd district of the State of Mexico, centered on Valle de Chalco Solidaridad. Valle De Chalco Solidaridad
Valle de Chalco, officially named Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, is a municipality located in the State of Mexico, Mexico, on the eastern outskirts of the metropolitan area of Mexico City. Formerly part of the municipality of Chalco, it was split off as a separate entity in 1994, during the presidency of Salinas de Gortari, under his ''Programa Nacional de Solidaridad'' (National Solidarity Program). The municipality lies on the old bed of Lake Chalco, which was substantially drained in the nineteenth century. The 32nd federal electoral district of the State of Mexico () is one of the Federal electoral districts of Mexico, 300 electoral districts into which Mexico is divided for elections to the federal Chamber of Deputies (Mexico), Chamber of Deputies and one of 40 such districts in the State of Mexico. It elects one deputy (legislator), deputy to the lower house of Congress of the Union, Congress for each three-year legislative session by means of the Plurality voting system, first-past-the-post system. Votes cast in the district also count towards the calculation of proportional representation ("plurinominal") deputies elected from the Electoral regions of Mexico, fifth region.
