Michel Ngonge
Félix-Michel Ngonge (born 17 August 1967) is a former professional footballer who played as a midfielder or striker. Besides in Belgium, he has played in Turkey, England, and Scotland. Ngonge played international football for Zaire, and later the renamed Democratic Republic of Congo team. Club career Early career Ngonge started his footballing career in Belgium with Racing Jet de Bruxelles, Gent, RFC Seraing, La Louvière and Harelbeke, before moving to Turkish side Samsunspor, and then Watford in June 1998. Watford During his time at Watford he became an integral part of the team scoring 11 goals in 56 games. He also played an important role in the 1998–99 season in which Watford gained promotion to the Premier League for the first time, via the play-offs. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders. As central midfielders often go across boundaries, with mobility and passing ability, they are often referred to as deep-lying midfielders, play-makers, box-to-box midfielders, or holding midfielders. Cyril Ngonge (born 26 May 2000) is a Belgian professional footballer who plays for club Hellas Verona as a winger or forward. Club career Ngonge is a youth exponent from Club Brugge. He made his senior debut on 2 December 2018 in the Belgian Pro League against Standard Liège. He replaced Emmanuel Dennis after 20 minutes. On 1 September 2019, Ngonge was loaned out to Jong PSV for the 2019–20 season. After his return, he was directly sold to Dutch Eredivisie club RKC Waalwijk. There, he developed into a starter in his first season and scored his first goal for the club in his fourth game, a 2–2 draw against Feyenoord.
