Michalis Trochanas
Michalis Trochanas (; 25 June 1936 – 5 March 2020) was a Greek businessman and the major shareholder of AEK Athens F.C. from 1995 to 1997. During his tenure, AEK won 2 Greek Cups and a Greek Super Cup. In 1997 he sold the shares of the club to ENIC Hellas. Early life Trochanas created SOE as a "model" group that raised money from tens of thousands of people to build villages in Crete and Attica. The investment would be based on the money of the small shareholders who would give their savings and at the same time they would make sure that others would sign up with a pyramid scheme. AEK Athens In the summer of 1995, Trochanas acquired the majority share package of AEK Athens from Dimitris Melissanidis and Ioannis Karras by paying approximately 1.5 billion drachmas. A.E.K. (; Athlitikí Énosis Konstantinoupόleos, ''Athletic Union of Constantinople'') is a major Greece, Greek multi-sport club based in Nea Filadelfeia, Attica. The club is more commonly known in European competitions as A.E.K. Athens. Demis Nikolaidis
Themistoklis "Demis" Nikolaidis (; born 17 September 1973) is a Greek former professional footballer who played as a striker. He was the forty second president of AEK Athens, and is considered one of the greatest forwards Greece has produced. In his early childhood and teenage years he lived in the city of Alexandroupoli, in the northeast part of Greece. In a sterling career with Ethnikos Alexandroupolis, Apollon Smyrnis, AEK Athens and Atlético Madrid, Nikolaidis earned his reputation as a "born goalscorer", scoring prolifically for club and country.
