Michalis Kamperidis
Michalis Kamperidis (alternate spelling: Michail) (Greek: Μιχάλης Καμπερίδης; born April 24, 1994) is a Greek professional basketball player who last played for PAOK of the Greek Basket League and the Basketball Champions League. He is a tall power forward, that can also play as a center. Professional career After playing youth basketball with Mandraikos, Kamperidis played semi-pro basketball in the Greek 3rd Division, with the Greek club Filathlitikos, in the 2011–12 season. He then began his professional career in the 2012–13 season, with Filathlitikos, playing in the Greek 2nd Division. He declared for the 2014 NBA draft, but went undrafted. In 2014, he moved to the Greek First Division club AEK Athens. On 22 January 2015, he was loaned to the Spanish 2nd Division club Peñas Huesca. The power forward (PF), also known as the four, is one of the five traditional Basketball positions, positions in a regulation basketball game. Basketball Champions League
The Basketball Champions League (BCL), also commonly known as the FIBA Champions League, is an annual professional basketball competition for European sports club, clubs, organised by FIBA. It is the European professional club basketball system, top-level competition organised by FIBA Europe, therefore the champion participates in the FIBA Intercontinental Cup. Clubs qualify for the competition mostly based on performance in their national leagues and cup competitions. Although exceptional, some teams can be Wild card (sports), wildcarded. Georgios "George" Kamperidis (alternate spelling: Giorgos, Kaberidis) (; born October 1, 1999) is a Greek professional basketball player for Karditsa of the Greek Basketball League (GBL). He is tall, and he plays at the shooting guard and small forward positions. Professional career After playing basketball with the youth clubs of Mandraikos and Doukas, Kamperidis began his pro career in the Greek Basket League, with Panionios, starting with the 2017–18 season. During the 2019–20 season, he averaged 4.2 points and 1.6 rebounds per game. On August 3, 2020, Kamperidis moved to Thessaloniki and signed with PAOK. On April 23, 2021, Kamperidis signed a contract extension for another two seasons. During the 2021–22 campaign, in a total of 20 games, he averaged 3.2 points, 1.2 rebounds and 0.5 steals, playing around 10 minutes per contest. The Primera FEB, formerly known as LEB or LEB Oro, is the second basketball division of the Spanish basketball league system after the Liga ACB. It is run by the FEB. The FEB leagues are divided into three categories (the other two are the Segunda FEB and the Tercera FEB). The league was founded in 1996 and is played under FIBA rules. The league is contested by 18 clubs. Each season, the top-finishing team in the Primera FEB are automatically promoted to the Liga ACB.
