Northern Line were a United Kingdom, British-based boy band, consisting originally of Lee Baldry, Dan Corsi, Andy Love, Ian Mason and Michael Sharpe with the later additions of Ziggy Lichman and Warren Morris in the line-up changes. History The all-male vocal group were signed with Global Talent (Records) Ltd. and released three single (music), singles charting in the UK Singles Chart; "Run for Your Life" (#18 in October 1999), "Love on the Northern Line" (#15 in March 2000) and "All Around the World" (#27 in June 2000). Northern Line toured England with Steps (band), Steps in 2000, during Steps' 'Steptacular' tour. They were management, managed by David Forecast for ABC Management in London. Lichman, commonly known as Ziggy and also Zac or Zach (born 5 January 1981 in Camden, London) is a former member of the boy band Northern Line (1998–2000) and reality TV contestant, having appeared in the 8th series of the UK edition of '' Big Brother''. A boy band is a vocal group consisting of young male singers, usually in their Teenage, teenage years or in their twenties at the time of formation. Steps (band)
Steps are a British dance-pop group consisting of Lee Latchford-Evans, Claire Richards, Lisa Scott-Lee, Faye Tozer and Ian "H" Watkins. They were formed in May 1997 and achieved two number-one albums in the UK, 14 consecutive UK top-5 singles including two number ones (one a double A-side). The group has sold over 22 million records worldwide, 15 million albums worldwide. In-addition to earning a BRIT Award nomination in 1999, for Best Newcomer, the group would be an opening support act for Britney Spears on her debut American tour the same year. When Richards and Watkins departed to form a recording duo, the group disbanded, on 26 December 2001 (officially).
