Michael Ruhs
Michael Klaude Ruhs (born 27 August 2002) is an Australian professional association football, soccer player who currently plays for A-League Men club Western United FC, Western United. Early life Ruhs was born in Cecil Park, New South Wales, Cecil Park but raised in Horsley Park, New South Wales, Horsley Park. He played football since the age of five playing for Liverpool Olympic, until joining Mounties Wanderers FC, Mounties Wanderers in 2014 to start his journey through the National Premier Leagues, NPL pyramid. Throughout his high school years, Ruhs attended Thomas Hassall Anglican College, playing for the state team in Melbourne and gaining acknowledgment from the school principal for his success. He won the CIS Sports Awards recognising his performance at the NSW All Schools Championships and in October 2020, he successfully completed his Higher School Certificate (New South Wales), HSC exam. Cecil Park, New South Wales
Cecil Park is a suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia 40 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district, in the Local government in Australia, local government area of the City of Fairfield. It is part of the Greater Western Sydney region. History Cecil Park was originally home to the Cabrogal people who occupied much of the greater Fairfield area. When European exploration of the area began in the early 19th century, a nearby range was named Cecil Hills and this in turn inspired the name Cecil Park. The first white settler in Cecil Park was Simeon Lord. Cecil Park was part of a large land grant made to Thomas Wylde in 1817, then known as 'Macquarie Park'. His son, Sir John Wylde inherited the land in 1821. The Wylde family continued to own the land until 1886, when it was sold and subdivided into large lots, and then smaller rural lots in 1906.
