Michael Ranville
Michael W. Ranville (December 3, 1943 – July 18, 2025) was an American political consultant and author. Background Ranville was a native of Flint, Michigan, and attended St. Agnes High School. He received his bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University and served in the United States Air Force from 1966 through 1970. Ranville subsequently returned to Central Michigan University and received his master's degree in Communications in 1973. Ranville resided in Charlotte, Michigan, from 1970 until his death. He died on July 18, 2025, at the age of 81. Career After completing his master's degree, Ranville entered the private sector specializing in public relations and corporate communications. In 1976, he joined the professional staff of the Michigan Senate where he ultimately rose to the position of Research Director for the Democratic majority staff. ''See It Now'' is an American newsmagazine and documentary series broadcast by CBS from 1951 to 1958. It was created by Edward R. Murrow and Fred W. Friendly, with Murrow as the host of the show. From 1952 to 1957, ''See It Now'' won four Emmy Awards, and was nominated three other times. It also won a 1951 Peabody Award. The program was based on Murrow's earlier radio show '' Hear It Now''. Milo John Radulovich (October 28, 1926 – November 19, 2007) was an American reserve Air Force lieutenant who was accused of being a security risk for maintaining a "close and continuing relationship" with his father and sister, in violation of Air Force regulation 35-62 as his family members were accused of Communist sympathies.
