Michael League
Michael League (born April 24, 1984) is an Americans, American composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. He is the bandleader of instrumental band Snarky Puppy and the international music ensemble Bokanté. He also founded the band Forq with keyboardist Henry Hey, and is also an owner and founder of the record label GroundUP Music. League has won five Grammy Awards. Walter Hawkins
Walter Lee Hawkins (May 18, 1949 – July 11, 2010) was an American gospel singer, songwriter, composer, and pastor. An influential figure in urban contemporary gospel music, his career spanned more than four decades. He was consecrated to the bishopric in 2000. Terence Blanchard
Terence Oliver Blanchard (born March 13, 1962) is an American jazz trumpeter and composer. He has also written two operas and more than 80 film and television scores. Blanchard has been nominated for two Academy Awards for Original Score for ''BlacKkKlansman'' (2018) and '' Da 5 Bloods'' (2020), both directed by Spike Lee, a frequent collaborator. Blanchard started his career in 1980 playing in the Lionel Hampton Orchestra while studying jazz at Rutgers University. Michael H. McDonald (born February 12, 1952) is an American singer, songwriter and keyboardist. Known for his distinctive, soulful voice, he was a backing vocalist for Steely Dan from 1975 to 1980 and the lead vocalist of the Doobie Brothers across various stints (1975–1982, 1987, 2019–present). The Potter's House is a megachurch in Dallas, Texas, United States, founded by T. D. Jakes. ''Outreach'' magazine ranked it the 10th largest in the US as of 2008 based on a weekly attendance of 17,000 and a capacity of about 8,000. History The church building was established by televangelist W. V. Grant as the Eagles Nest Family Church. It is located in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas right next to Dallas Baptist University. After Grant was convicted of tax evasion in 1996 he sold the facility to T. D. Jakes, a fellow televangelist, who renamed it and relaunched it as The Potter's House. Jakes had moved from West Virginia with 50 families, who formed the nucleus of the new congregation.
