Michael F. Grunebaum is an American psychiatrist. He graduated from Harvard College for his bachelor's degree (1983) and Harvard Medical School for his medical degree (1991). Suicide is the act of intentionally causing one's own death. Risk factors for suicide include mental disorders, physical disorders, and substance abuse. Some suicides are impulsive acts driven by stress (such as from financial or academic difficulties), relationship problems (such as breakups or divorces), or harassment and bullying.
