Michael Brunnock
Michael Brunnock (born 1 September 1964) is an Irish singer-songwriter, and musician. He is known as having been a member of the Irish bands Little Palace and The Van Winkles, and performed with Dead Can Dance's Brendan Perry. After moving to New York, Brunnock gained critical acclaim as a solo artist when he worked with Record producer, Pat Dillett and also The Ceasars. He released hits in the US as a solo artist like "Fallen Leaves" in 2007 on his album So I do. He has toured extensively all over the world, joined by many popular artists. In 2012, along with David Byrne and Will Oldham, he won the David Di Donatello award 2012 in the Best Original Song category for his performance of "If it falls, it falls" in the movie This Must Be the Place directed by Paolo Sorrentino. Folk Rock
Folk rock is a fusion genre of rock music with heavy influences from pop, English and American folk music. It arose in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom in the mid-1960s. In the U.S., folk rock emerged from the folk music revival. Performers such as Bob Dylan and the Byrds—several of whose members had earlier played in folk ensembles—attempted to blend the sounds of rock with their pre-existing folk repertoire, adopting the use of electric instrumentation and drums in a way previously discouraged in the U.S. folk community. The Ceasars
The Ceasars is a group of three Italian music producers: Paolo "Ceasar" Catoni, Marco "PStarr" Pistella and Francesco Rigon. History The trio was originally known (until 2012) as Ceasars Productions and their production is divided between Italy and the United States. In the United States, they have cooperated with various hip hop artists such as Styles P, B.G. and Jadakiss, and R&B artists such as Avery Storm. Joseph Will Oldham (born January 15, 1970) is an American singer-songwriter and actor. From 1993 to 1997, he performed and recorded in collaboration with dozens of other musicians under variations of Palace (Palace, Palace Brothers, Palace Songs, and Palace Music). After briefly publishing music under his own name, in 1998 he adopted Bonnie "Prince" Billy as the name for most of his work. Dead Can Dance
Dead Can Dance are a British-Australian band founded in Melbourne in 1981 by Brendan Perry and Lisa Gerrard, before relocating to London the following year.
