Michael Brunnock
Michael Brunnock (born 1 September 1964) is an Irish singer-songwriter, and musician. He is known as having been a member of the Irish bands Little Palace and The Van Winkles, and performed with Dead Can Dance's Brendan Perry. After moving to New York, Brunnock gained critical acclaim as a solo artist when he worked with Record producer, Pat Dillett and also The Ceasars. He released hits in the US as a solo artist like "Fallen Leaves" in 2007 on his album So I do. He has toured extensively all over the world, joined by many popular artists. In 2012, along with David Byrne and Will Oldham, he won the David Di Donatello award 2012 in the Best Original Song category for his performance of "If it falls, it falls" in the movie This Must Be the Place directed by Paolo Sorrentino. Folk Rock
Folk rock is a hybrid music genre that combines the elements of folk music, folk and rock music, rock music, which arose in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom in the mid-1960s. The Ceasars is a group of three Italian music producers: Paolo "Ceasar" Catoni, Marco "PStarr" Pistella and Francesco Rigon. History The team was originally known (until 2012) as Ceasars Productions and their production is divided between Italy and United States. In United States they have cooperated with various Hip hop artists as Styles P, B.G. and Jadakiss, or R&B artists as Avery Storm. Joseph Will Oldham (born January 15, 1970) is an American singer-songwriter and actor. From 1993 to 1997, he performed and recorded in collaboration with dozens of other musicians under variations of Palace (Palace, Palace Flophouse, Palace Brothers, Palace Songs, and Palace Music). After briefly publishing music under his own name, in 1998 he adopted Bonnie "Prince" Billy as the name for most of his work. Dead Can Dance
Dead Can Dance are an Australian music duo first established in Melbourne. Currently composed of Lisa Gerrard and Brendan Perry, the group formed in 1981. They relocated to London the following year. Australian music historian Ian McFarlane described Dead Can Dance's style as "constructed soundscapes of mesmerising grandeur and solemn beauty; African polyrhythms, Gaelic folk, Gregorian chant, Middle Eastern music, mantras, and art rock."
